SHIPPING METHODS
We are able to accept and ship orders using several methods, the only difference being the cost and duration for delivery. Here are the current options.

Air Parcel - Delivery from 7 to 14 work days onwards for in Asia regions, European destinations maybe take anywhere from 14 to 21 work days and other destinations further might take up to 28 work days or more. Air Parcel does not provide any tracking services and in some regions gets processed by the customs in your country a faster.

EMS - Express Mail Service. Delivery approx in half the time of Air parcel services and provides an internet tracking service. In some regions like Italy, France or Spain, EMS may be subjects to delays by the customs in your country. In some cases 2 weeks delays.

Courier services - We are also able to ship orders by courier services either by using your account with the courier company or by billing you. Please contact us if you need to make such arrangements.

Freight Forwarder - For larger orders, we can also a shipper to ship the goods to you. Please contact us if you need to make such arrangements.
We do not do anymore shipments by Sea parcel as these services is slowly being terminated to several destinations. The indicated delivery times are only estimations taken on a average, in most cases shipments do get delivered very quickly subject to postal traffic and delays by air carriers.
DEFECTIVE RETURNS
If the item you wish to return is inoperable, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. The instructions on how to handle this type of return will vary, since some manufacturers insist on handling defects directly. Defective merchandise may be returned to us as long as it is in new and in an unused condition. Used, defective merchandise can also be returned to us for manufacturer warranty repairs where applicable. If you can determine that a product is defective before using it, we may be able to accept it back for exchange or refund; however, we suggest that you contact us prior to taking any action.
Please note, we only provide a 90 days International Warranty for items purchased from us, after which you will have to take up any warranty claims if any with the manufacturer directly.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be subjected to the discretion of the Management.
